The simple yet elegant design of the one-piece sealed housing makes installation a snap and features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface. The heat soak resistant material ensures the coolest air intake charge available. A diamond tread plate pattern is molded directly into the top of the air box to give your truck the next level of personalization that it deserves. A urethane plug is also included if you wish to block off the auxiliary air inlet. This system uses a CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. With the addition of the included Mass Air Flow (MAF)-to-Temperature (Temp) sensor adaptor, this intake system will work on all vehicles in the included application range equipped with either a MAF sensor or a Temp sensor. This Magnum FORCE intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This filter has a massive 6.75" x 4.75†elliptical flange and is 9" tall with an inverted top. Its Pro 5R performance air filter media features five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media, providing maximum airflow and performance. Premium stainless-steel worm drive clamps are used for durability and provide the best corrosion resistance possible.
