The customer service is above and beyond! Responding to questionsee is fast. I bought 3 tunes and have only loaded 1 so far and I'm very happy with the tunes. Customer service means alot!

As has been said many times before, Torrie is fantastic to work with. His responsiveness and turn around time are excellent. His tunes are solid and he is willing to make adjustments based on your personal feedback on a daily basis if needed until the tune is exactly where you want it to be.

Truck was fun stock and now I'm running the 91 tune and wow. Now I'm asking about the 93 cause I want even more. Torrie is great to work with and answers all the question quick.

I am new to the custom tune world. I purchased some tunes from another company and had some issues. They were unable to resolve them. I contacted Torrie and explained these problems. Who would've thought that he would help me out with issues regarding a tune I didn't even purchase from him? Within hours I had received 2 of Unleashed's tunes. Running the 93 performance race tune now. Haven't loaded the 93 tow tune yet. Amazing customer service is an understatement! I highly recommend his products to anyone. I can't wait to get back on the dyno to see the results.

im not real sure what to say that has not been said great to deal with fast response tuning is on point i feel like my truck smoother its def faster and shifts better answered all 3000 of my questions before i even bought anything i will 100% be a repeat customer

Still building my tune, but Torrie makes it an easy process. I'm having fun doing it. When its all said and done I'm sure I'll have the fastest 2.7 F150 in my area!

I'm very happy that I chose Torrie over the other tuners out there! Driveablity is perfect! Power rolls in smother than stock, plants you in the seat and leaves you there!

I don't write reviews just don't have time usually But from my experience with unleashed I just had to this is hands down the best customer service I have ever come across ever not just the auto/tuning industry and that includes both here and back in Ireland were I'm from Torrie is a man of few words but his words are wise and to the point his tunes are solid I love how my truck (2014 F-150) shifts and great daily driving nice power increase when you put the boot to the floor it's a whole other animal!!! I have tried other companies For me this is the best by far you won't be disappointed
