SCT X4 Power Flash Programmer

I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a tuner for my Ecoboost and couldn't be happier. Torrie was extremely responsive to my questions pre purchase and once I emailed him my strategy code and vehicle specifics he had my tunes emailed out in under 10 minutes. The tuner takes a bit to update and set up prior to the first use but overall in less than an hour I was updated, had my tunes installed on the X4 and I was ready to plug it in and let her rop. As for the tunes I have the 87 octane performance and tow tunes from unleashed. I realize I am to cheap to keep my 36 gallon tank filled with 93 octane so there was no point on loading the 93 octane tunes. first impressions on the was fantastic. I floored it and it really moved and chirped into 3rd gear. The tow tune was equally impressive and my mileage picked up to mid 18's from mid 16's.

Even with the 4th of July holiday, Torrie shipped out fast. Using the tuner is as easy as using a smart phone. The tune files he created are amazing. I am working with him right now on some fine tuning and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. I am in retail and know how demanding customers can be and Torrie handles it like he has a staff or 25 people. Quickest responses to emails I have ever seen. You won't be disappointed! Torrie is the best! Hands down! I received my programmer in 2 days (From Pennsylvania to Arkansas). I emailed him the strategy and in less than 30 mins I had my tune. Now speaking of the tune, holy moly does the car pull now. I highly recommend for anybody.

Overall, the tuner works very well and Torrie is an absolute master of tuning and customer support. I really wish the tuner came with a paper how to on a number of subjects. for example, I had to e-mail Torrie to get my tuner to be recognized by Windows 8. I also had to datalog by trial and error, mostly error. I did figure it out and all is well, just would have like a paper manual and better web design and walk-throughs on the SCT website.

First off I'd like to say Torrie's customer service is top notch. I had email replies within 5 minutes, no matter the time of day or night. Any problems I encountered were promptly resolved by Torrie. So far I have only loaded the 91 tune and the difference is night and day. Without mods at this time, this tune woke the car up and is much more fun to drive. Can't wait to add the intercooler and exhaust and get another tune from Torrie and Unleashed. Thanks guys!

I was going to go with another tuner from a different vendor, but I was referred to Torrie. I am not disappointed. Mine was a bit more advanced than your average tune due to the transmission swap, but Torrie had it nailed on the first try. Torrie's pre-sale customer service was tops. Other firms didn't even want to talk unless they already had your money in hand. As quick as he get's back to you, I'm not even sure he sleeps... Thanks again!!! 10/10 would recommend or buy again!

Updated the programmer emailed Torrie with my strategy had my tune loaded and installed on the truck all in about 20 min couldnt be happier.

SCT tuner is easy to use and fast. The tune program is what really matters and Torrie at Unleashed gives great service. I can't believe how fast he responds to emails with programs. The tune program he sent me for my 2015 SHO took .5 off of my stock 0-60 times. The car drives like it should now. Throttle response and power are exceptional not to mention it appears that my gas mileage may've actually increased slightly after the tune program Torrie supplied.

Ordered the X4 and had it 3 days later. Sent torrie an email with my mods and had a response in 5min. My focus ST runs better that I could have imagined.
