Awesome unit and even better tuner.
Couldn't be happier with the unit, and I'm even happier with Torrie. The unit is easy to use and navigate, easy to set up on a PC to download your custom tunes. I could have bought the X4 from anywhere, but I chose Unleashed after countless hours of research on the best tuner for my F150 ecoboost. In those hours of research, I couldn't come up with a single complaint or dissatisfied customer of Unleashed. Torrie answered my questions almost instantly even on weekends and a holiday, his customer service is second to none. I sent him my info and specific needs, and he had my custom to me in 45 minutes. His 93 performance tune is incredible. I'm waiting on my other parts from him (meth, thermostat, plugs, etc. to be installed before we put together another tune, can't wait to see what my truck does after that. I'm a customer for life, and have no want or need to go anywhere else for all of my parts and tunes.

MKS EcoBoost Unleashed
I installed Torrie's 93 Oct Performance tune on my 2013 Lincoln MKS 3.5L EcoBoost about 3 weeks ago. I ordered the SCT with tune from him. The stock SCT doesn't have a tune for my ECU Strategy, so there is another real good reason to order from Unleashed. The tune seriously wakes up the car -- I am extremely happy with the results. Seat of the pants I'd say an easy 60lbft of added torque at the wheels through the midrange. This weekend I put new plugs in, gapped at 028. I highly recommend the new plugs, no matter your mileage with the tune. Mine has "only" 42K miles. (The plugs were at about 038 - 040 that came out.) TC off the car will now spin tires with a "power brake" launch and struggles for traction on the 1-2 shift. The transmission now shifts harder which I like. My only other modifications are a new K&N drop in filter and the deletion of the 3rd cat. I live in New Hampshire, no emmission inspection. My previous car was a MazdaSpeed with a bunch of mods and I can say that this tune from Unleashed is a great bang for the buck value. Extremely fast service and response from Torrie. I had a tune in my email from him the same morning I sent him the info for my car.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport now performs the way it should!
Ordered both a 93 and 87 octane performance tune with the SCT X4 tuner. SCT X4 tuner arrived in a couple days and got the two custom tunes within an hour after the request. So far I've only run the 93 octane performance tune. All I can say is that the car is so much more responsive and any previous lag is gone. With the tune it feels like I did an engine swap and added an additional 60-80 HP. Even MPG increased by about 3-5 MPG. Thanks Torrie!

night and day difference
Before i bought the tuner, i thought my 2003 Sport Trac was peppy and could easily get out of its own way. Since I've installed the 93 Performance tune that Torrie custom built for my truck its like its suddenly woken up, or like i was previously driving with the parking brake on. i no longer have to downshift from 5th into 4th to climb hills on the highway, the newly found torque is almost neck snapping! can't wait to get another custom tune after my turbo is finally installed. Thanks Torrie!

You've never seen service like Torrie provides.
I was a bit skeptical that a re-flash would be very noticeable, but I was very wrong. Torrie from UnleashedTuning supplied me with an 87-octane 'Performance' flash, and it definitely woke up my 4.6L SportTrac. I sent a note to Torrie one evening mentioning that the shift profile that came with my performance tune was a little harsh, and within minutes a new, smoother shift profile was in my in-box. You just don't get service like that, anywhere, these days. I'm a very happy customer. As an aside, SCT says that their programmers can only be updated and programmed with Windows machines, but I was able to do it all on my MacBook Pro, using VirtualBox software (free), and a so-far free downloaded copy of Windows 10. VirtualBox is available from Oracle, and be sure to also install their bundle of 'extras', which will allow you to install the drivers needed for Windows to see the SCT devices. Took me a bit of time to figure it all out, but if I can, you probably can too. Good luck!

2013 F150 Ecoboost
I can't express how happy/satisfied I am with this tuner through Torrie at Unleashed. I am brand new to tuners and the whole process. And Torrie has been very responsive and helpful in my learning of all of this. Now onto the results: my truck feels like a brand new truck and is just completely unleashed (pun intended) ;). I have only ran the 87 performance tune Torrie made for me and it's incredible the difference. Not only is power up. But with my tune I have gained 5-6 mpgs WITH A PERFORMANCE TUNE! I haven't even tried the fuel economy tune her wrote for me. I can't wait! Thanks again Torrie and Unleashed!

2014 Ford Flex NA (non ecoboost)
2014 Flex 3.5L NA AWD 23,000 miles No other modifications Moderately aggressive driver From an engineers perspective, I will try to explain the differences vs the stock tune VS. the 93 performance tune. Shifting: The shifts are much more aggressive. There is a noticeable transfer of torque into the next gear that results in a less smooth but more satisfying shift. The reduction in slipping in the transmission should, in theory, help the internal friction surfaces last longer. For reference, It feels similar to aggressively releasing the clutch between 2nd and 3rd in a manual transmission car. Power and Torque delivery: The torque curve is definitely steeper between 2500 - 4000 RPM. With the stock tune, there is a disappointing lag in this RPM range that forces you to wait until 4000 - 6000 RPM to feel aggressive acceleration. Torrie's tune has made this RPM range much more useful for everyday driving. Without putting it on a dyno I can only guess but I would assume that there is a 20 HP / 30 ft lb addition at the wheels. Pretty good for a tune. Other custom tuners: I researched custom tuners for 3 months before I decided to trust Torrie with the health of my engine. There are only 2 other legitimate tuners out there for the 3.5L NA and I am sure they do a nice job as well. I choose Torrie because of his world class customer support and wealth of knowledge. There may be tuners that can get a few more HP and TQ but you can't put a number on good customer support. Summary: If you have an NA Flex and are concerned about 0-60 times and trap speeds then go buy an ecoboost and start tuning. If you are looking to add more enjoyment to your family hauler without breaking the bank then this tune is for you. Thanks Torrie!

2014 Focus ST
I had originally been running Ford Racing's 93 performance tune. Nice boost in power but it ran rich and had some surging issues. I kept reading about Torrie on the forum I'm a member of and decided to give it a shot. Went with the 93 Performnace tune. HUGE Improvement. Power comes on sooner, lasts longer, and hits harder. Torrie added launch control for future track days and it's so much fun it's probably illegal. Torrie and Unleashed Tuning will have all my future tuning business.
