Ecoboost 3 Bar MAP Sensor

Transverse Ecoboost vehicles (like the SHO, Flex, Explorer Sport) are limited by the factory 2 Bar MAP sensor, limiting the maximum PSI. The 3 Bar MAP sensor when combined with our custom tune allow for more boost and performance.

Great, exactly what it says.
I received an official Motorcraft 3Bar MAP sensor when I ordered this - was a nice surprise (not some knockoff) - the sensor works great. From what I understand the 2Bar (stock in the Taurus SHO) only reads up to about 14.5 PSI, with this new sensor and a tune I've read up to a hair over 20 PSI in the intake manifold. Build quality was excellent, no concerns.

3bar map sho
For $75 you can't go wrong. Install is a breeze and Torrie is always quick to respond at any time. This allowed a much more aggressive tune for my sho and dropped about .6 seconds off my 0-60 along with a tune from Torrie at unleashed. Highly recommend.
