No. We do not recommend towing with the Performance Tune installed. Install the towing tune prior to towing. Do not tow anything with the Performance Tune installed.
Remove the engine cover and replace the 2 Bar MAP sensor found on the top of the intake manifold with 2.5 / 3 Bar MAP sensor.
HINT: Retain your factory MAP sensor in case you ever need to return the vehicle to the stock configuration.

Follow these instructions to load your custom tunes to an SCT Device.
- Step 1: Place your Order
Place your order for your Unleashed Custom Tune(s) and SCT Device if you do not already own an unlocked programmer.
- Step 2: More Power is on its way
We will ship your new programmer to you. The tunes will NOT be installed on the device yet.
- Step 3: We need some info
Connect the programmer to your vehicle and follow the instructions in the video to read your Vehicle's Strategy etc.
- Step 4: We need your info.
Once you have your vehicle's Strategy Code. It is time to send us an email to torrie@unleashedtuning.com
- Step 5: In your e-mail.
Send us your vehicle details, device Serial Number, including the Strategy Code, any modifications, the octane level of the fuel you use, and any special requests you need in the tune.
- Step 6: We'll Respond.
Once we have your vehicle details, we will build your tunes. Don't worry - it doesn't take us long.
- Step 7: Once you get our e-mail.
Once your tunes are complete, we will send them to you in an e-mail. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't get them within 24 hours.
- Step 8: Installing your tunes.
To install the tunes on your device, follow the video "How to Load Custom Tunes using Device Updater". You will need to download and install the Device Updater software - Available Here
- Step 9: You're Ready to Install your tunes.
Now that your tunes are on the device, it is time to load your tune on the vehicle. Now would also be a good time to install other Unleashed parts if you purchased one of our Performance Packages.
- Step 10: Programming your vehicle.
To install a tune on your vehicle, follow the video "Learn to program your vehicle using the X4".
- Step 11: You're Ready!
Now that the tune is installed, you're ready to enjoy More Power, More Torque and awesome OE quality drivability. Enjoy your new Unleashed Vehicle!

Send us your vehicle details, including the Stock File, Device Serial Number (stamped into device), any modifications, the octane level of the fuel you use, and any special requests you need in the tune. E-Mail this info to torrie@unleashedtuning.com
- Step 6: We'll Respond.
Once we have your vehicle details, we will build your tunes. Don't worry - it doesn't take us long.
