The iTSX Wireless Vehicle Programmer backs up your factory PCM program during installation should you ever need to return your vehicle to the stock program. Restoring your vehicle to the stock PCM program is as easy as selecting "Return to Stock" from the device menu. With all SCT devices, once returned to stock, there is no footprint or trace of the tune in the vehicle's PCM.
Custom tune files are not transferable between different vehicles. If you change vehicles new files will need to be purchased and assembled for the new vehicle.

2015 Escape Titanium which nobody tunes for ! Except Torrie - Torrie's tune was right on for a simple 91 octane street tune that I wanted for now. The iTSX from SCT needs a lot more documentation! The Device Updater does NOT automaticly load the drivers for the iPhone iTSX. you have to install them yourself, other than that it works pretty well.
I found the use of this iTSX Programmer to be pretty simple. The only issues I had weren't tuner directly, but more the update app from the web site. It would not install/run on my Windows 10 computer. Hopefully there aren't any updates that are detrimental to the tune.
The car is running really well. Nothing mind shattering, but it does well. Shifts are nice (and in Sport Mode their quick and solid), the power is nice and continuous. The Flex is a 5K lb car, so I wasn't expecting STi like performance, but it's good.
The other issue I've got is with the gagues. You have to have the engine off, and if you close it, and want to bring them up agian, you have to shut the car off, let it save the guages, and start it back up agian (In my case that's a pain, because when I plug my phone in, it flipps to a clock screen, and shuts the guages down so I have to remember to unplug the power from my phone, start my car, and leave the phone unplugged.
Feels like a lot of money for what you get, but I have been a programmer in my past, so I understand the time and effort that goes into making something usable, dependable, and accurate.
Thanks to Torrie and the team at Uleashed for the help turning my SHO into a quiet monster. The programmer works great with Android... No issues loading tunes or anything of the sort. It has performance timers for quarter-mile... 0-60...etc. Now I'm going to datalog and fine tune the performance on the car... I'm glad I took the dive and you should too! A+ rating for all of it! Great product. Simple to setup on iphone took 2 tries to get it to work on droid. Car runs great, first time i have done tune was skeptical but this thing runs totally different. Shits 100% better and low end is noticeably better. Torrie was great with email responses in no time.
I contacted Torrie after lunch on a Sunday with my tuner in hand. 2 hours later I was testing 93 octane full throttle runs. Difference was immediate. 100% satisfied with Unleashed Tuning.
Just installed my SCT iTSX Android tuner with a 93 Performance tune by Torrie.
Very happy with the results so far...the Flex feels lighter, in that it seems to take less effort for the engine to push this very heavy vehicle forward.
The shift points are more noticeable and crisper.
One thing I liked about having the SCT app on my Android phone was having real time gauges showing various stats like psi [I hit ~5000 rpms and it showed 15 psi], different temps, etc.
I didn't ask for anything too wild as this is a DD, but something to liven it up a bit.
Oh, also happy to report that my 15 mpg city climbed to 19 mpgs this morning!!! Will need to see how it does on a whole tank [or two] to see if the increase is correct.

Very pleased with item listed. Vehicle tuned is a 2014 explorer sport much better response and smoother power delivery as opposed to stock tune. Items extra features really make it worth the splurg

Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed/used, Special order, Electrical parts, HPTuners credits, Custom vehicle calibrations or software. Freight charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Canadian Orders are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the above conditions. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be must be refunded through the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error.

3. Clearly write and/or affix the RA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email.
4. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Unleashed Tuning error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, Unleashed Tuning offers discounted return shipping labels. Should you choose this option, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. Unleashed Tuning will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Unleashed Tuning will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain the return shipping label, follow the above return procedure.

Can I exchange an item?

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
First, verify whether the item you ordered is the item you actually received. Simply compare the part number on the shipping receipt to the part number on your email order receipt.
If the numbers do not match, we may have shipped the wrong part number. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll process your return, exchange the item for the correct part (if available) and send you a prepaid UPS shipping label for your return item.
